A shooting. Over Kool-Aid...

DETROIT (WJBK) - Witnesses say two men in the Brightmoor neighborhood were so passionate about the way they make Kool-Aid, they started arguing with each other over who does it better.

Sadly, that fight took a horrifying turn when they both pulled out guns and started firing at each other.  Again, this was over Kool-Aid.

They didn’t hit each other, but two innocent bystanders suffered gunshot wounds in the soft drink shooting. Police call it utterly ridiculous, but they’ve seen worse.

I don’t even need to make a joke.

Whoops.

The Roots Picnic is this Saturday and Sunday. I forgot to get tickets after I said this is the year I go. I forgot about the Black Keys concert at Merriweather too.

I’ve been a horrible music fan this summer.

In the past 24 hours

I have changed a friends spare and spent 7 hours building an entirely too fancy bed from IKEA (sidebar: fuck you IKEA). I think it’s fitting that I’m going to spend a significant amount of time in the kitchen tomorrow. Summer of productivity, here we come…

…although probably not.
